Voice Recorder is an online dictaphone: press Start, speak, press Stop and download the take as an MP3 that plays anywhere — or keep the original WebM/OGG Opus file. A live level meter shows that the microphone is picking you up, and there is no time limit beyond your device's storage.
Recording uses your browser's MediaRecorder API and the MP3 conversion runs locally with ffmpeg.wasm, so the audio never leaves your device — no upload, no account, no watermark or voice tag. It works on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS in any modern browser, which makes it handy for voice notes, memos, interviews, podcast drafts and voice-overs for video.
